1. Who is responsible
The controller is José Carlos Tormo García, tax ID 33478651N, trading as García Tormo Abogados, Carrer Mercator 3, 2º N, 03202 Elche (Alicante, Spain). Email: info@garciatormoabogados.es. Phone: +34 965 641 926.
2. What data we process and why
Request a call form: your name, email, phone number (optional), language, topic and message. We use them only to answer your request and agree a call. The legal basis is your consent and, if you become a client, the steps taken at your request before a contract.
Assistant chat: the messages you type are sent to an artificial intelligence language model to write the answer. They are not linked to your name or email. They may remain in the technical logs of the server that runs the model for up to 45 days and are then deleted. Please do not write personal data in the chat. To answer faster, the assistant also keeps general questions that contain no personal data, together with its answer, for a maximum of 30 days, and reuses them for similar questions. Questions that look like they contain personal data are filtered out automatically as far as possible and not kept. The filter is not perfect, so please do not write personal data in the chat.
Technical data: like any website, the server and the content delivery network receive your IP address and the time of each request. We use them to deliver and protect the site.
3. Cookies and trackers
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load content from third parties. It is therefore not necessary to ask for your consent to cookies.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data. The following providers process it on our behalf: our hosting provider, a server located in Madrid; Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website; and the server that runs the language model, operated by our IT provider in Spain. The assistant does not send your messages to any third-party artificial intelligence company.
Top Gear Mobility does not receive the data you enter on this website, and we do not receive its customer data.
5. How long we keep your data
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them. If you become a client, we keep the file for the periods that professional and civil law require. Chat messages follow the period stated in section 2.
6. Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to the processing. Write to info@garciatormoabogados.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
